Although Dennis Design & Build was incorporated in 2022. It is built on a solid foundation of 42 years of experience in the residential and heavy civil construction trades. Our founder, Steven Dennis started his journey in construction as a plumber’s apprentice in 1980. From there he became a foreman for a large home builder throughout the 80’s. In 1989 he decided to start his own business, Silver Spring Construction, Inc. He had great success, but in 1997 he decided to give heavy civil construction a shot. He fell in love with the deep foundation industry leading him all the way to starting his own office in California in 2020.
